93 Worth Street is a residential condominium, mixed-use project located in the area of Manhattan known as Triangle Below Canal or Tribeca. The original structure was built in the early 1920's in what was then the garment district of New York City. The concept ODA developed is inspired from the building's classical architecture. Residents enter through a new, graceful lobby, and each floor is arranged uniquely with a mix of loft apartment types ranging from studio to 4 bedrooms. Residents will dwell in distinct, light-filled units designed with custom finishes and inspired, sophisticated elegance.
