A new construction, 220-key, 90,000 sf, ground-up hotel planned at the lower east side and SoHo. The project accommodates the renaissance and revitalization of a once neglected neighborhood and will feature amenities such as a public plaza, restaurant and ballroom. Each suite will possess panoramic views of New York City and by providing an interior setting with a streamlined and minimalist palette where guests are encouraged to explore their individual aesthetic and personal expression.
